Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping rates are charged by weight and destination and delivered by our national courier, POSLaju or POS MAlaysia. Some countries restrict the importation of electronic cigarette products. Vapebrothers abides by the laws of the countries where we physically operate. Failure to familiarize yourself with your own country’s import laws may result in delays, seizures or non-arrival of your order.

We are experienced with shipping electronic cigarette products internationally and have successfully delivered our merchandise to over 100 countries. Unfortunately, no matter how experienced the shipper, delays and/or seizures can occur at the hands of customs in your respective country. These delays are beyond our control and we are unable to assume responsibility for a package that cannot be delivered due to customs laws in your respective country. In the event the package is seized by customs in your respective country, we urge you to contact them and request to have the package returned to the sender. We are unable to process a refund for packages which have been damaged or destroyed or remain at customs.

Once we receive and process the returned package, we will contact you to provide additional information regarding your refund. Please note that shipping costs and/or discounts used at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
